The first thing and only requirement I Lidya, the sales, when I was in the store is the total height of the bed and mattress. She tricked me into buying something did not meet my requirement by not telling me the bed I see in the showroom has a mattress with only about half of the thickness of those that they have for sale. She should have known what she helped me to pick would not be anything look like what I asked for in the showroom. When I asked for exchange, the store made me to pay additional $80 for Lidya's mistake. The sales person constantly walk away, leaving me attended when having question. The bed or mattress delivered has terrible smell. The delivery was also terrible, they won't let me close the front door in the snowy day, damaged a closet door and leave a mess of packaging in the house.
